Offset printing

We specialize in offset printing. It is a flat printing technique in which the color is transferred to the paper via a cylinder. Offset is one of the most popular printing techniques and offers high quality and a color reproduction which is true to the original.

Thanks to our renowned Heidelberg multicolor printing machine, we carry out this service professionally, ensure color intensity and reproduce even the smallest details. Its potential is ensured by printing up to a maximum sheet size of 102×72 cm with a thickness of up to 1.0 mm. Another interesting option is printing spot colours, which you can use to create surprising effects.

Prepress

The basis of every production process is the right prepress. In order to achieve the best results, in addition to the necessary machines, appropriate knowledge and experience are required. Our graphic designers and the CTP department are always at your disposal.

The files provided by the customer are checked and prepared for printing. The summary of this stage is a digital proof – also known as a test print.

Checking the pattern is also an important element. We can do this thanks to our Graphtec plotter, which cuts and bends the material. Before each ordering of the cutting die, we check the work on the plotter and create a model. This enables us to eliminate defects and at the same time suggest improvements – for a better effect and customer satisfaction.

Another method is computer-to-plate, which consists of irradiating printing forms (plates) from prefabricated files. The advantage of this technology is the maximum accuracy of all parameters and ensuring the integrity of the image exposure throughout the process. Our thermal screen platesetter ensures the right effect.

An extremely important element that we use is the CIP3 system. This is the latest technology that allows you to send, store and use information about preset color profiles from CTP directly to the device to ensure color repeatability for follow-up jobs.
